Overview

Blue holds differently than other gemstone colors. It reads with weight and presence, a depth that softer stones cannot replicate. Sapphire has carried that quality for centuries September's birthstone, one of the most recognized colored gemstones in fine jewelry and in a hexagon cut, the geometric edges give the color clear boundaries to live inside. This Blue Hexagon Gemstone Engagement Ring centers a 1.20 CT hexagon semi precious sapphire gemstone, 7.65x7.15 MM, in a near symmetrical shape that lets the blue read evenly across the full face of the stone.

The accent stones beside it are round semi precious amethyst gemstone, 0.20 CTW, in graduating sizes of 1.50 and 2.00 MM, purple. Blue and purple sit adjacent on the color wheel, and the pairing here is deliberate the amethyst does not compete with the sapphire but deepens the overall color story, shifting from violet into blue at the center. This Sapphire Hexagon Gemstone Ring does that transition with gradating stone sizes which draw the eye in. Also semi precious are both stones used in the design which is free of moissanite
