The pendant is set entirely in moissanite pave 0.75 CTW total, full white VVS, stones ranging 0.80 to 1.80 MM covering the hand structure with continuous white sparkle. At the center eye sits a round blue semi-precious sapphire gemstone, 0.05 CTW, 0.80 to 1.00 MM, providing that signature blue iris detail that makes the evil eye symbol immediately recognizable.
